Religious School

Nurturing the "whole" person.

Dear Temple Religious School Families,

There is nothing more that I want for the 2015-16 school year than for your children to be excited to come to Religious and Hebrew School, to spend quality time with their Jewish friends, to be stimulated learning new material that will be meaningful in their Jewish lives and to understand that Jewish learning is a life-long process that should nurture the “whole” person.
Together we will strive to create a loving environment and community, where our families feel a sense of belonging. I, along with the Rabbi, Cantor and Religious School staff will strive to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment to ensure that Jewish learning will thrive. Our curriculum is filled with engaging activities, family programs and hands-on interactive lessons! New programs this year include: Holocaust Teaching Trunks, a family cemetery clean-up at Woodlawn, spruce up at the Beach House Shelter, Harvest Olympics and more!
Religious School Classes are held from 9:15AM-11:30AM for all students in Pre-Kindergarten through 10th Grade. Our Hebrew School program for 4th-6th Grade students meets on Wednesday afternoons from 4:20PM-6:00PM.
I believe that communication is one of the keys to students’ success. Please feel free to call or email me at any time. I am looking forward to working together with you to create the best leaning environment possible!
