B'Nai Mitzvah

Ashley Breanna Welt

Ashley Breanna Welt will be called to the Torah as a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Temple Shomer Emunim. Ashley is the daughter of Dan and Heather Welt, and younger sister of Lauren. She is the granddaughter of Jim and Bunny Carter of Chardon, Ohio, and Ionel and Ronit Welt of Sylvania, Ohio. 

Ashley is an honor student at Timberstone Junior High School, where she plays the violin in the orchestra. She enjoys competitive dance as a member of Company C Dance Club, and also takes classes at Toledo Ballet. Since she was eight years old, Ashley has especially enjoyed her time performing many roles in the Toledo Ballet’s annual Nutcracker. She will be donating a portion of her Bat Mitzvah gift money to Paws and Whiskers Cat Shelter. Ashley is looking forward to celebrating her Bat Mitzvah with family and friends.

Adam Benjamin & Zoe Leah Pyle

Adam Benjamin and Zoe Leah Pyle were called to the Torah as a B’nai Mitzvah on February 24, 2018 at Temple Shomer Emunim.  Adam and Zoe are the son and daughter of Jeremiah and Shana Pyle and sister and brother of Noah and Sadie.  Proud grandparents are Arlene Drucker of San Diego, CA, Charles Pyle of Michigan Center, MI, and Judy Goar and Bob Goar of Los Angeles, CA. 

Adam and Zoe are seventh grade students at McCord Junior High School.  Adam enjoys playing soccer and basketball and Zoe spends her time playing volleyball for her school team and taking art classes.  Both also like to spend time hanging out with their friends.

Adam and Zoe are looking forward to celebrating their B’nai Mitzvah with their family and friends and are thankful for those traveling near and far to spend this special day with them.

Julia Bauer

Julia Elizabeth Bauer was called to the Torah as a Bat Mitzvah on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Temple Shomer Emunim.  Julia is the daughter of Sarah and Jason Bauer, and sister to Jacob and Jordyn.  She is the granddaughter of Barbara and Abraham Brochstein and Marlene and David Bauer, all of whom reside in New Jersey.

Julia is a 7th grader at Perrysburg Junior High School where she is a member of the 7th Grade Volleyball team which won the NLL Championship this season.  Julia is also a member of the Toledo Volleyball Club where she spends a majority of her time during the year.  In her spare time, Julia enjoys getting together with her friends, playing with her dogs Kahlua and Captain, and cooking.  Julia has a slight sweet tooth and is always up for a great dessert!

Julia and her family are looking forward to celebrating this special occasion with friends and family both near and far.
